Panic Renewal Program Live Seminar

During the live seminar, Charlie Krackeler will guide you through completing all six mandated categories and prepare you for the remaining correspondence course. Topics include:

• Agency Relationships, Ethics, Trust Fund Handling, Fair Housing, Risk Management, Management and Supervision; and,
• Street Smart Negotiating Skills for Real Estate.

It is recommended you register for the live seminar at least 2 days in advance of the seminar date. The seminar meets from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and includes study review, required assessment quizzes, and course exams. After the seminar, the correspondence course (reviewed in the seminar) becomes available.

For live courses, students must attend a minimum of 90% of the approved course hours to be eligible to receive DRE continuing education course credit.
