45-Hour Package Program Live Seminar

During the live seminar, Charlie Krackeler will guide you through completing all mandated categories and prepare you for the remaining correspondence course. Topics include:

  Fair Housing 4x (3 Hrs)
  Contracts 3x (12 Hrs)
  Financing & TRID 1x (3 Hrs)
  Management and Supervision 1x (3 Hrs)
  Ethics 4x (3 Hrs)
  Agency 4x (3 Hrs)
  Disclosures 5x (12 Hrs)
  Risk Management 3x (3 Hrs)

It is recommended you register for the live seminar at least 2 days in advance of the seminar date. The seminar meets from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., and includes study review, required assessment quizzes, and course exams. After the seminar, the correspondence course (reviewed in the seminar) becomes available.

For live courses, students must attend a minimum of 90% of the approved course hours to be eligible to receive DRE continuing education course credit.
