45hr Express Package for $169

Need to renew your real estate (salesperson or broker) license, but find yourself too busy to take care of it on your own? Come to a full day classroom session, where Charlie Krackeler will guide you through completing all six mandated categories and prepare you for the remaining correspondence course.

Courses Overview

Please note the following for taking the courses:

Each course comes with an ebook, which is available in the Student Portal after purchase.
A minimum of DRE-mandated 6 days is required to complete all courses. The DRE also limits final examination completion to a maximum of 15 credit hours during any one 24 hour period.
All courses must be completed within 1 year of purchase date.
Once all courses are passed, a certificate will be emailed to you. If you would like individual completion certificates or otherwise need your completion certificates prior to finishing all the courses in the package, we would be happy to issue your certificates immediately upon request.
It is your responsibility to follow up with the DRE to renew your license.

Please note the following about the live seminar:

It is recommended you register for the live seminar at least 2 days in advance of the seminar date.
The seminar includes study review of required Courses, required assessment quizzes, and course exams.
After the seminar, the correspondence course (reviewed in the seminar) becomes available.

*For live courses, students must attend a minimum of 90% of the approved course hours to be eligible to receive DRE continuing education course credit.*

Basic Requirements

To be eligible to renew your real estate license, please ensure you meet the following requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age.
Disclose (to the DRE) any criminal violation in your entire history.
Be honest and truthful.
If you’re 70+ years old and have 30+ years experience in good standing, you may be exempt from courses/exams for renewal (please visit the DRE for details).

Key Information

Details to keep in mind regarding license renewal:

Renewing a salesperson license keeps your license a salesperson license.
You must renew your license every 4 years (+2 year grace period).
